Executive Summary, Mission and Objective Statements, Vision and Purpose Statements, Keys to Success, Description of Business, Company Ownership/Legal Entity, Location & Hours of Operation, Products & Services Provided, Insurance Policy for Company, Financial Management with Profit and Loss Statement and Projection for the year to come, Marketing Plan & Analysis, Other Like Businesses & Community, Utilities & Overhead Costs, and Closing Statements(Required)

Take note that awarded money has limitations: Awarded money cannot be used for salaries, programming, personal care or personal development or trainings. You cannot donate the awarded money to another company, person, or organization. At home office spaces are not qualified for awards. If the award money is spent outside of parameters agreed to before the release of funds to your business, legal actions will be taken to have the funds returned. Some additional notes to take into consideration. If you are rewarded the funds, you will sign an agreement releasing LLI from any malpractice or legal situations that might arise with your company. We are not investors but offer financial rewards. Be prepared to turn in receipts of purchases within two weeks of the purchase and share your good news on your social media as we will be doing the same.
